What does "Found or Free" mean?
If we arrive on site and cannot locate the utility you need found, you pay nothing. No mobilization fee, no "we tried" charge. We find it or the visit is on us. This guarantee applies to our Single Find service.
We already called 811. Why do we need you?
811 marks publicly-known utilities — gas, electric, telecom — in the public right-of-way. It does not cover privately-owned utilities, does not give you depth data, does not work across private property, and leaves no digital deliverable. If your project touches anything beyond basic excavation in the ROW, 811 alone is not sufficient protection.
What's the difference between Single Find and Mapping?
Single Find is for when you need to locate one specific utility — one pipe, one conduit, one unknown crossing. Flat rate, marked in the field, coordinates and depth recorded. Full Mapping is a comprehensive scan of an entire area using multi-channel GPR. Every utility is located, classified, and delivered as an interactive cloud map with CSV and KMZ exports.
