Tell us what you need — one utility or full mapping. Describe the site, the project, and your timeline. We ask a few questions and give you a flat price before you hang up. No back-and-forth, no written proposal required.

Most calls take 5–10 minutes. You'll have a price and a schedule date before you're off the phone.

WE SCHEDULE

Most single locates are on the calendar within 1–3 business days. Full mapping projects are scheduled based on site size and access. We confirm the date and what we need from you — usually just access and a point of contact.

No proposal process. No site visit needed to book the job.

WE SCAN

We bring the IDS Stream DP — an 8-channel GPR array — and the Leica DT100 electromagnetic locator. Every finding is recorded with RTK GPS: centimeter-level accuracy on every point. We mark in the field and capture the data simultaneously. Nothing gets missed between scan lines.

How quickly can you schedule?
Most single locates are scheduled within 1–3 business days. Full mapping projects vary by site size — call us and we'll give you a timeline on the spot. No site visit needed to get a schedule date.
Do I need to be on site when you scan?
Not required, but useful if you have specific areas of concern. Most of our clients give us access and let us work. We document everything and send the deliverables the same day.
What do the deliverables actually look like?
Single Find: we leave field paint marks, give you GPS coordinates and depth readings — ready for your contractor that day. Full Mapping: an interactive web-based map you can share with council or your engineer, plus CSV and KMZ files for GIS and CAD. The data lives in the cloud, yours permanently.
What if you can't find the utility?
Single Find is covered by the Found or Free guarantee. If we arrive on site and cannot locate the utility, you pay nothing — no mobilization fee, no "we tried" charge. The guarantee applies to Single Find; Full Mapping projects are scoped and quoted differently.
How do I get a price?
